College Wall

At Eton College, the team of Collegers (King’s Scholars) who play the Eton Wall Game, traditionally against the Oppidan Wall team. The team is led by its Keeper, or captain, and selection for College Wall is a significant sporting distinction. The term has been used since at least the nineteenth century and remains current: College Wall continues to play matches, including the annual St Andrew’s Day Wall Game against Oppidan Wall.
