Oriental Club

A London gentlemen’s club founded in 1824 for men connected with India and other parts of the East, particularly members and former members of the East India Company and Indian services. From 1828 to 1961 its clubhouse was at Hanover Square. The Club remains a private members’ club, now at Stratford House, 11 Stratford Place, and admits women as well as men.
