Oxford and Cambridge Club

A private London club founded in 1830 for members and former members of Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Its Pall Mall clubhouse, designed by Sir Robert and Sydney Smirke, opened in 1838. In 1972 it merged with the United University Club, becoming the United Oxford and Cambridge University Club until 2001. Women have been admitted as full members since 1997.
